Söll has been teaching skiing for over fifty years. The booking process had not been updated for thirty of them. Phone calls, paper, repeat customers held together by goodwill.
We designed a digital funnel that did the boring work — availability, payment, paperwork — and protected the moment that actually matters: the handover at the lift. Sixty percent of bookings shifted online in the first season.
