About
Nina Gigele — between a Tirol studio and a Tokyo workshop.
Founder of boutiq.vision. Ten years inside premium alpine and textile brands. The same instincts at every table — slower than agencies, faster than committees.
A consulting practice built on craft, not slides.
Nina trained as a strategist at Harvard Business School and Hyper Island, then spent a decade inside the operating teams of alpine and textile brands moving between Japan and Europe. boutiq.vision is the practice she built when the work she wanted to do stopped fitting inside an agency or a single in-house role.
The clients are deliberately few. Premium houses. Family businesses. Founder-led brands that want the work done with them, not for them. Engagements are sized to the brand, not the roster.
Outside the consulting work: Inside the Arlberg — a book about the Arlberg published in 2023, and the community of guided ski experiences that grew out of it.

Philosophy
"Slower than agencies, faster than committees."
Premium work isn't about more deliverables. It's about fewer wrong calls. boutiq.vision is set up to take fewer engagements, sit with them longer, and ship the call that holds up in three years — not the one that looks busy this quarter.
Every engagement starts with the same question: what does this brand sound like when it's telling the truth? Then we build outward from there.
